Temptation: "awaken your senses," with stunning decor, live nightly piano music, and Featuring award winning cuisine of chef Dino Jagtiani, St. Maarten's first born graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Named by Bon Appetit magazine as one of thetop 10 restaurants of the Caribbean (Feb 2006), and two time St. Maarten Restaurant of the year by Gault Millau, 2007, 2008.
Specialties include: Caramelized shallot-red wine 4 hour braised beef short rib, and Seared foie gras with spice poached pears, and pannetone crouton. Wine afficionado's will be excited to sample from the Dutch sides largest cellar, and the islands largest selection of American and New World wines.
